- Design, implement, and manage computer networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Configure and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure network security through firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption.
- Maintain network documentation (diagrams, configurations, inventory).
- Optimize network performance by monitoring traffic and capacity.
- Perform network upgrades and patch management.
- Work with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users (hardware, software, and network).
- Respond to and resolve support tickets, calls, and emails.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Travelling within Karnataka is required.
- This will be a Field Job.
