We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing custom reports within SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Enhance existing HR reporting solutions.
- Gather and analyze reporting requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
- Support end users with reporting functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting.




- Proven experience in building custom reports.
- Experience in HR reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Valuable to Have:

- HRIS integrations and data migration knowledge.
- Experience working with global HR teams.
- Knowledge of data governance and reporting controls.
