Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

- Lead and manage the company's overall sales and marketing operations.

- Supervise Field Sales and Telecalling Team Leaders.

- Manage and guide a team of approximately 20 sales and telecalling executives.

- Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, customer meetings and property site visits.

- Drive sales conversions and revenue growth.

- Develop effective sales processes and lead management systems.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Recruit, train and motivate sales personnel.

- Monitor team performance through daily, weekly and monthly reports.

- Ensure excellent customer relationship management and professional sales practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

- Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.





- Experience in residential plots, land sales or property marketing will be an advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to drive sales targets and improve conversion rates.

- Knowledge of lead generation, CRM systems and sales reporting.

- Strong decision-making, team-building and problem-solving abilities.

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
