About Us The Tann Mann Gaadi is a non-profit initiative dedicated to creating "Wellness on Wheels" to combat the severe health risks of open defecation across developing communities. We integrate technology with a clear social mission—delivering mobile, eco-friendly, and sustainable solutions that improve public health, hygiene, and community well-being.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SaaS) to join our global team on a voluntary basis. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and technology-enabled initiatives that directly support our social impact operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams, leadership, and operational stakeholders to keep projects on track, ensure high standards of quality, and align technical outputs with our core mission.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance: Define project scopes, clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Team Coordination & Expediting: Act as an expeditor to follow up on pending actions, remove execution bottlenecks, and keep teams aligned.

Quality & Inspection: Oversee project quality checks and ensure deliverables meet defined technical and operational standards.

Logistics & Resource Alignment: Support the deployment of resources, equipment,



and digital services necessary for project milestones.

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate smooth communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 22 years of total experience in Project Management, Operations, SaaS/Tech Solutions, or related domains.

SaaS / Tech Aptitude: Proven track record in guiding technology-enabled or SaaS projects alongside technical teams.

Core Skills: Robust expediting, logistics coordination, inspection, risk management, and documentation skills.

Industry Advantage: Background or experience in the Fashion Retail Industry is a plus.

Time Commitment: 10 to 12 hours per week (Part-time).

Availability: Ability to join daily team syncs scheduled at 9:00 PM IST or 10:30 PM IST, alongside periodic 1-on-1 meetings as needed.
