Role & responsibilities

- You will be a liaison between Insurance companies referred to as Payors and the Physicians, Patients/Hospitals/Ambulatory services (referred to as Providers) in the US.
- The main role is Calling (80%) and Back-end service, non-calling (20%) Calling will involve using your headphones for the majority of the day.
- Your key activity will involve Calling the Insurance companies to explicit/settle the claims raised by the Providers. This will help generate Revenue and maximize Cash for the Providers..
- Parallelly, you will also have the following non-calling tasks:

1. Analyze why claims have been denied by the Insurance companies, verify its authenticity, understand causes and resolve them.
2.



Ensure claims are followed up as per assigned ticklers within the stated time line manage aging on the assigned work file.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate fresher (any graduate degree).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient and accurate typing skills.
- Strong keyboarding skills with good typing speed.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
