Role Description This is a part-time, remote Travel Agent role on a commission basis.

The Travel

Agent will promote The Grand Mamta to potential guests, create and manage reservations, and coordinate travel arrangements including hotel stays and transportation. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, advising guests on room options and packages, and negotiating and closing sales with individuals and groups. The role also involves maintaining accurate booking records, liaising with hotel staff on guest requirements,



and building a network of repeat clients and referral partners.

Performance is measured by conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements to handle bookings efficiently and accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond promptly, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess experience with Sales to convert leads, upsell packages, and achieve commission-based targets.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Car Rental and related services to coordinate local transport options for guests.
- Relevant qualifications such as prior experience as a travel agent, tour operator, or hospitality sales representative are beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage), basic computer literacy, and comfort working with online booking tools are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals in a remote, commission-driven environment is important.
