Role Description The Title Team Lead / Team Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru / Coimbatore. This role is responsible for overseeing daily title operations, including managing title search, examination, activities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The Title Team

Lead / Manager will supervise and mentor team members, allocate workloads, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to meet service level agreements and quality standards. The role includes close collaboration with internal stakeholders and US-based clients to resolve issues, clarify requirements,



and maintain strong communication. The individual will also contribute to training, documentation, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations within the mortgage services domain.

Qualifications

- Experience in title operations or US mortgage services, including title search, examination, Full Search
- Team leadership skills, with a track record of supervising, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong process management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and improve workflows.
- Proficiency in using mortgage and title software tools; experience with platforms like Fidler, Landex similar systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle exceptions, resolve operational issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with familiarity with compliance, audit, and documentation standards in mortgage services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; relevant experience in title or mortgage operations may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to dynamic operational and client requirements.
