Role Description The Tender Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for telecom and solar infrastructure projects. The role includes identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, coordinating clarifications, and preparing compliant, competitive proposals in line with company guidelines. Daily tasks involve collaborating with technical, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs, performing cost and risk analyses, and ensuring timely submission of bids and supporting documentation.

The Tendering

Specialist will maintain tender trackers, update databases, and support negotiations and post-tender follow-ups with clients and partners. The role also requires continuous monitoring of market trends, regulatory updates,



and competitor activities to enhance bid quality and win rates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management and procurement skills, including experience in end-to-end bid preparation and submission.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills for cost estimation, risk assessment, and financial evaluation of bids.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and proposal writing skills for drafting clear, persuasive, and compliant tender documents.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Relevant experience in telecom, infrastructure, or EV projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with tender portals or e-procurement platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain high attention to detail and compliance standards.
