Mom and Dad Finance, an Australian-based mortgage brokerage, is looking for an India-based telecaller with previous experience calling Australian mortgage customers.

Australian mortgage calling experience is essential. General telecalling experience alone will not meet the requirements.

Your role

- Call prospective customers and follow up on mortgage enquiries.
- Understand their home loan, refinancing or investment loan needs.
- Book appointments with the mortgage broker.
- Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records.
- Follow approved scripts and calling procedures.

- What we’re looking for

- Previous calling experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker or home loan business.
- Transparent spoken English and confident telephone communication.
- Familiarity with Australian home loan terminology.
- Ability to work agreed hours overlapping with Sydney business hours.
- Reliable internet, a headset and a quiet workspace.
