Role Description The Telecaller role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to inform customers about products, offers, and services, and assist them with queries related to orders and the mobile app. The telecaller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales and customer retention initiatives.

Daily responsibilities also include resolving basic issues, escalating complex concerns to relevant teams,



and consistently delivering courteous and clear communication.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a transparent and professional telephone manner.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, patience, and the ability to handle objections and complaints effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call management or CRM tools; comfort using mobile apps and online platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and follow structured call scripts and processes.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
