Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - Ed Tech Sales, located in Kochi. The role involves leading and managing a sales team, guiding team members to achieve sales targets while fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include developing strategies to drive sales,



analyzing market trends, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

The Team

Leader will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and company growth.

Qualifications

. 3-5 yrs of ED-TECH sales experience required

- Strong Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively
- Malayalam speaking is a must for candidate
- Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members and customers professionally
- Proven track record in Sales and a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and processes
- Analytical skills to assess performance, develop action plans, and interpret market trends
- Outstanding Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in Ed Tech or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
