Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and drive the performance of a team in an E-commerce customer support process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, BPO experience, and a proven track record of managing teams in an E-commerce environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead.
- E-commerce process experience is mandatory.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer support executives.




- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
