About The Nail Art School The Nail Art School is a professional nail art training academy dedicated to helping aspiring nail artists build successful careers in the beauty industry.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, responsible and result-oriented Academy Manager & Student Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Admissions

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
- Explain nail art courses, fees, batches and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Counsel students based on their interests and career goals.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Follow up regularly with interested students.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records.

2. Academy Management

- Manage daily academy operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, batches and student attendance.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers and management.
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming academy environment.
- Resolve student queries and coordinate day-to-day activities.

3. Sales & Lead Management

- Manage leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads and other marketing channels.
- Make regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp communications.




- Work towards monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Maintain daily and weekly enquiry, follow-up and conversion reports.
- Suggest ideas to improve student admissions and overall academy performance.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling and convincing skills.
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, sales or academy management preferred.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and computers.
- Positive attitude, skilled appearance and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in the beauty, salon, education or training industry will be an added advantage.
