Role Description The State Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Patna, responsible for driving business growth, operations, and market presence within the assigned state. This role oversees regional sales and channel development, builds and manages relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners, and ensures effective implementation of mobile finance security solutions.

The State

Head monitors performance metrics, leads and mentors the state team, and coordinates closely with central leadership to align state-level plans with company strategy.



Day-to-day activities include planning and executing market expansion initiatives, resolving operational issues, tracking compliance with company policies, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in state or regional leadership roles, ideally in fintech, telecom, mobile financing, or related industries.
- Solid skills in sales management, channel development, and business development within a state or multi-city territory.
- Ability to analyze market trends, manage performance dashboards, and use data to guide strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities with diverse business partners.
- Comfort with technology-driven solutions, mobile finance products, and digital tools for reporting and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state and work on-site in Patna.
