Key Responsibilities​

​

- Define and own the target release management strategy and roadmap for Medidata​

- Plan, coordinate, and execute release cycles across Clinical Data Management and Clinical Ops​

- Partner with Merck's Validation Team and IS Compliance/QEA on GxP requirements​

- Manage release risk, dependencies, and go/no-go decisions with the Agile Pod​

- Maintain release documentation, audit trails, and compliance evidence​

- Identify gaps and optimize Release management process​

Required Skills & Experience​

​

- Proven track record managing releases in regulated (GxP) clinical/life sciences platforms​

- Robust knowledge of the Medidata Rave/CTMS/eTMF release and validation lifecycle​

- Experience working with Validation and Quality teams on change control and release governance​
