- Robust understanding of process analysis, design, and implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Certification in Blue Prism or other relevant RPA certifications is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
- Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc).
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and web services.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
