Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and skilled manner.

Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business objectives,



maintain a consistent brand voice, and stay updated on industry trends and platform best practices. The role also involves reporting on campaign performance and recommending improvements to enhance online presence and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and error-free social content.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Understanding of real estate or related industries is an advantage.
- Capability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
