We are looking for a strategic doer who can run our social presence, build high-impact content and contribute directly to demand generation. You should be equally comfortable scripting a customer story, discussing a campaign with leadership and optimising performance against qualified leads.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

· Own Pune Gas social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube, including publishing discipline, community management and brand consistency.

· Build content calendars, campaigns and platform-specific formats; create copy, concepts, content briefs and scripts for reels, interviews, product stories and leadership content.

· Work with the leadership, sales and design teams to shape a cohesive social media and content strategy.

· Travel across India for content capture at customer sites, exhibitions, events and installations; coordinate on-ground interviews and shoots.

· Plan, execute and optimise lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting.

· Track budgets, creative tests, reach, engagement, conversion, cost per lead and lead quality; coordinate CRM hand-offs and actionable reporting with sales.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Minimum 5 years in social media,



content marketing and hands-on digital lead generation; evidence of results, not just published posts.

· Practical command of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn tools, analytics and campaign reporting.

· Strong English writing, storytelling and scriptwriting skills; ability to simplify technical or industrial subjects.

· Confident working independently and with senior leadership; organised, data-aware and willing to travel extensively pan-India.
