Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily work at residential flat construction sites.

- Manage and coordinate labourers, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.

- Ensure work is completed properly and on time.

- Check the quality of construction and finishing work.

- Monitor labour attendance and daily work progress.

- Check material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

- Report daily site progress and issues to management.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the site.

- Visit different project sites in Patna as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.

- Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

- Experience in residential building or flat construction.

- Basic knowledge of civil work, tiles, plastering, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.

- Ability to manage labourers and handle site activities independently.

- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
