Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to handle technical service and customer support for CNC Machine Tools and related equipment. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in machine assembly, installation, commissioning, ATC and spindle systems, and mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. The role involves approximately 70% travelling to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for machine installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown support.

- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.

- Handle CNC machine service, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

- Troubleshoot ATC (Automatic Tool Changer), spindle, mechanical, and electrical issues.

- Support machine assembly, testing, alignment, and commissioning activities.





- Identify technical problems and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.

- Prepare detailed service reports after customer visits.

- Maintain professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

- Relevant experience in CNC Machine Tool Service or Industrial Equipment Service.

- Practical knowledge of ATC and spindle systems is preferred.

- Robust mechanical knowledge and basic to good understanding of electrical components and circuits.

- Ability to read mechanical drawings and basic electrical diagrams.

- Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
