Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and workflow analysis to identify user needs and process improvements.

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for employee lifecycle and workflow applications.

- Create responsive UI experiences and contribute to reusable design systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards.

- Develop user experiences for SharePoint solutions and other enterprise workflow applications.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to validate designs and ensure consistent implementation.

Skills Required:

- 1 - 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Design Engineer.





- Hands-on experience with workflow design, employee lifecycle experiences, and enterprise application UX.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint-based user experiences and information architecture.

- Proficiency in UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.

- Experience conducting user research, user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.

Good to Have

- Experience designing products in an enterprise SaaS workplace.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
