Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of software and digital product initiatives. This role oversees project planning, scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed parameters.

The Senior Project

Manager coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders, facilitating communication, removing roadblocks, and driving alignment on priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project risks and dependencies, tracking progress against milestones, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.



The role also involves continuous process improvement, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with clients to refine requirements and maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor deliverables, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of tasks across teams.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project outputs, verify compliance with requirements, and maintain quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
- Proven experience managing complex technology or software development projects, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or product-focused environments.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
