The Role

We're looking for a PMO Manager to be the execution engine of our business plan. You'll turn strategy into one integrated programme across product, manufacturing, sales channels, marketing, hiring and service. You'll give the CEO and leadership a single version of truth every week, and make sure the launch lands on time.

You'll report to the Chief of Staff, with a dotted line to the CEO's office.

What You'll Do

▸ Build and own the integrated launch plan: milestones, owners, dependencies and dates across 8 business pillars

▸ Run the governance rhythm: weekly pillar reviews, fortnightly CEO reviews and monthly leadership/Board packs, with actions driven to closure

▸ Build dashboards and trackers (Excel/Sheets → Zoho) covering units, revenue, channel onboarding, hiring and launch readiness, with RAG status and early warnings

▸ Work with the CEO and functional heads as a peer: chase, unblock and escalate with data, and hold leaders to committed dates without formal authority

▸ Drive cross-functional launch items end to end: certifications, manufacturing and stock readiness, distributor/dealer onboarding, CRM go-live and service set-up

▸ Prepare crisp CEO, investor and partner presentations, and turn data into one-page recommendations

▸ Set up PMO standards (templates, status reports, RAID log, change control) and scale the function with an analyst as we grow

What You Bring

✓ 8–12 years of total experience,



with at least 4 years running programmes, a PMO, or a CEO's office/strategy role driving multi-function launches

✓ Direct experience working with CXOs and presenting to MDs/Boards

✓ Expert Excel (pivots, lookups, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling); hands-on with tools like MS Project, Jira, Zoho or Smartsheet

✓ Understanding of distribution models (distributor → regional distributor → dealer, margins, stock, billing, collections)

✓ A track record of on-time delivery in fast-paced, ambiguous, start-up-like environments

✓ Engineering or MBA background; PMP or PRINCE2 a plus
