- Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials applications and customizations.

- Work extensively on Financial modules including Customer Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger.

- Utilize AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and documentation activities.

- Develop and optimize Application Engine programs, PeopleCode components, SQRs, and Integration Broker interfaces.

- Implement AI-driven automation and predictive analytics capabilities within ERP and Financial systems.

- Conduct impact analysis, code reviews, test-case generation, and documentation using Generative AI methodologies.

- Design and build integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Perform technical development, unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment support.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.

- Develop reusable PeopleSoft components, frameworks, and development accelerators.





- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines, quality standards, and SLA commitments.

- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.

- 8-12 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.

- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1 and PeopleSoft 9.2.

- Extensive experience with

- Application Engine

- File Layouts

- Application Designer

- Strong SQL development, tuning, and debugging skills.

- Experience working with Query, SQR, Application Engine Programs.

- Expertise in Customer Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger.

- Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations using Integration Broker.
