Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the assigned area to achieve business targets for the Consumer Banking Group.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and professional development.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer service delivery and resolve escalated issues promptly.




- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the designated area.

Requirements

- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in sales management within the consumer banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management services, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
