What Youll Do Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile

Develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder

Build scalable marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation

Configure Agentforce for Marketing to automate campaign execution and customer engagement

Leverage Einstein AI for content generation, personalization, send-time optimization, and next-best-action recommendations

Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs

Develop reusable components, energetic content, and personalized communications

Support real-time customer engagement using event-driven marketing and Data Cloud activation

Collaborate with business, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences

Skills Were Looking For

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)

Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
