Role Description Senior Manager – Asset & Liability | Financial Inclusion

Key Responsibilities

- •Drive growth of asset products (Micro Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, Agri Loans, etc.) and liability products (CASA, Deposits).
- •Achieve business targets through BC/Agent networks and field teams.
- •Manage portfolio quality,



customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- •Lead and monitor regional/state teams, ensuring productivity and performance.
- •Coordinate with banking partners for business expansion, implementation, and issue resolution.
- •Track MIS, business performance, and key KPIs while ensuring compliance and risk controls.
- Preferred Profile:
- •Graduate/MBA with 8+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Inclusion, Retail Assets, or Liability Sales.
- •Robust understanding of lending, CASA acquisition, channel management, and team leadership.
- •Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and business development skills.
- Key Skills: Asset Business, Liability Business, CASA, Retail Lending, Financial Inclusion, BC Network Management, Team Leadership, Banking Operations, Business Development, Portfolio Management, Channel Sales.
- Candidates with experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services organizations and familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines, etc.) will be preferred.
