HEMM & CAPEX PROCUREMENT

Position: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – HEMM & CAPEX Procurement

Department: Procurement

Experience: 4–8 Years (Relevant Experience)

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred). Candidates with Mining / Automobile Engineering backgrounds may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of HEMM machinery, mining equipment, and mechanical spare parts.
- Handle procurement of Engine Parts, Hydraulic Components, GET Items, Filters, Lubricants and Undercarriage Parts.
- Manage CAPEX machinery, equipment and critical spare parts procurement.
- Develop and coordinate with OEMs, Non-OEMs, manufacturers, dealers and suppliers.
- Prepare Technical & Commercial Comparative Statements (TCCS).
- Conduct vendor evaluation, price negotiation and cost optimization.




- Coordinate with technical / maintenance teams for specifications and material requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders and MIS through ERP / SAP.

Key Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HEMM & Mining Equipment.
- Mechanical Spare Parts and Components.
- Engine, Hydraulic, GET & Undercarriage Parts.
- OEM / Non-OEM Vendor Management.
- CAPEX Procurement & Technical Evaluation.
- SAP / ERP Procurement Operations.
