- - Ability to independently follow process/procedure to execute client deliverables (using existing tools, packages, ect.)
- Data Profiling skills for variable inputs.
- Creative Solutioning based on business needs
- Investigative skills - being able to review code, inputs, outputs then being able to communicate investigation clearly for actionable next steps.
- ETL troubleshooting; SQL skills (intermediate/Advanced) - Ability to update database tables for configurations (ie Map Tables)
- Snowflake Querying
- Knowledge of QC and how to ensure deliveries meet expectations.
- SLA management and ability to work independently on queue work.
- Marketing Data fundamentals - though can be addressed in training.

Skills As a Plus

- JIRA knowledge
- Workflow automation ie. Git/GitLab
- Python experience - most new automation and processing will be based in Python.

While

Cursor mitigates some gaps in development work, having Python background will be significant for the team.
