We’re Hiring | Senior Associate / Principal Associate – Litigation

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5- 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before the High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Independently manage matters, including drafting, reviewing and settling pleadings, petitions, written submissions, applications and legal opinions.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Appear before courts and tribunals and assist in hearings, arguments and case management.
- Handle matters relating to commercial disputes, arbitration, contractual disputes and other civil litigation.
- Coordinate with clients,



briefing counsel and internal teams to ensure effective management of matters.
- Monitor case progress, court deadlines and procedural compliances.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong experience in handling civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Excellent drafting, research, analytical and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage matters and handle court appearances.
- Robust client management and communication skills.
- A law degree from a recognised university.
