We are looking for a competent and experienced Head of Accounts to independently manage the company’s accounting, taxation, project financial reporting, statutory compliance and audit functio n

.

Key Responsibilites

- Complete Accounting & Financial Man a geent
- Independently manage end-to-end accounting operatons.
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, journal entries and bank reco n cilition.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor reconcilitions.
- Monitor client outstanding payments, vendor dues and pay m ent scedules.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial sttements.
- Manage cash flow, fund planning and working c apital mnitoring.
- Prepare monthly financial MIS and managemet reports.
- GST, TD & Taxation
- Handle complete GST working, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and anual returns.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registe r s and ensureITC accuracy.
- Handle GST implications related to works contracts and electrical contrating projects.
- Manage TDS calculations, deduction s

, payments andreturn filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable incom tax provisions.
- Coordinate tax assessments

- Manage advance tax workings and tax-relatd reconciliations.

P roject Accounting Financial Controls

- Monitor project-wise income, expenss and profitability.




- Maintain proj e ct-wise cost sheets nd financial records.
- Track material purchases, subcontractor bills and lbour-related expenses.
- Verify project bills against work orders,

p urchase orders and meaurement certifications.
- Monitor project advances, retentionmoney, security deposit and client receivables.
- Analyse project c ost overruns and deviatins from approved budgets.
- Prepare project-wise P&Land; profitability reports.
- Coordinate wi t h project and purchase teas for financial discipline
- Invoicing & Receivables
- E ns ure timely preparation and ubmission of client invoices.
- ManageGST-compliant invoicing and einvoicing wherever applicable.
- Mo n itor running account (RA) bill and project milestone billing.
- Track payment certifications, retention deductons and outstanding receivables

& Statutory Compliance
- Coordinte statutory auditsand tax audits.
- Prepare audit scedules and supporting d ocumentation.
- Ensure compliance wth applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, Chatered Accountant s and tax consultants.
- Maintain accuate financial recordsand audit trails.




- Ensure timely filig o f all statutory returns and payments.

6.Financial Planning & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS covering reveue, e x penses, cash flow and profitability.
- Moitor overheads and administrative expenses.
- Suport annual budget i ng and financial planning.
- Develop internl financial controlsand approval mechanisms.
- Provide financialinsights to management for business ecisions.

R equired Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com /M.Com / MBA Finance orequivalent qualification.
- 4–6 years of relevat expe r ience in complete accounting and taxation.
- Strng practical knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax.
- Hands-on experienc in GST working, reconciliations and return filing.
- Kno w ledge of e-invoicing and B2B project billing.
- Prctical experience in statutory audits and tax audits.
- Experience in electrical contracting, constructon, EPC or project-bas e d businesses will be preferred.
- Solid working knoledge of Tally Prime,

MS xcel and accounting software.
