Job Overview

Saburi Plywood is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing, sales operations, documentation, and basic accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, knowledge of basic accounts, and the ability to manage sales-related data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, dealers, distributors, and customers regarding orders and deliveries.

- Process sales orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, and order status.

- Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and outstanding customer balances.

- Assist in maintaining sales reports, daily MIS, and monthly sales performance data.

- Handle basic accounting activities, including sales entries, payment tracking, and reconciliation support.

- Maintain and update customer and dealer databases.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to the management.





- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar role.

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is essential.

- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

- Experience in the plywood, building materials, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
