Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SailPoint ISC Developer to design, build, implement and lead sophisticated identity governance and administration solutions. In this hands-on leadership role, you will design scalable and secure SailPoint ISC platforms, lead integration efforts with diverse systems, develop custom automations, and provide technical mentorship. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex business requirements into robust identity management solutions that enhance security posture and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of complex identity management solutions on the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.

· Integration Development: Define and implement secure integrations between SailPoint ISC and a wide array of source/target systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP directories, SQL databases, ForgeRock, applications) using out-of-the-box connectors, custom REST/SOAP APIs, and PowerShell scripts.

· Custom Development & Configuration: Develop and deploy custom workflows, rules (e.g., correlation, provisioning, certification), task definitions, forms, and extensions within SailPoint ISC to meet unique business logic and automation needs.

· Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide expert technical guidance and direction to development teams. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to SailPoint ISC best practices, internal coding standards, and optimal performance patterns.

· Implementation Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end implementation process of SailPoint ISC solutions. This includes workplace configuration, connector setup, data migration strategy, unit/integration testing,



and overseeing deployment to production.

· Collaboration & Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, security teams, and IT operations to understand identity governance, access certification, provisioning, and role management requirements. Translate these needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

· Performance Optimization & Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, analyze logs, and identify bottlenecks. Design and implement optimizations to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the SailPoint ISC environment.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Experience:

o Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint, with at least 2+ years focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

o Proven experience as a technical developer and lead on at least two full-lifecycle SailPoint implementations.

o Deep, practical experience integrating SailPoint with a variety of systems using connectors, web services (REST/SOAP), and scripting.

o Solid development background in SailPoint customization.

o Proficiency in PowerShell, or similar scripting languages for automation and integration tasks.

o Solid understanding of IAM concepts: lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD).

· Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer, SailPoint Certified developer, or similar.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) in an IAM context.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
