Kolkata Location

5- 8 years only

Test Manager

Manual Testing, including Functional, Integration, System, and UAT Testing,

GitLab/Azure DevOps, Automation exposure

Telecom/ISP domain experience (Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, CRM, IVR, Mobile, Broadband, etc.)

Own the QA strategy, test planning, execution, and release-quality governance.

Drive test automation and improve automation coverage across CI/CD pipelines.

Manage defect lifecycle, triage, RCA, quality metrics, and release sign-off.

Manage QA team capacity, task allocation, mentoring, and delivery commitments. Identify quality risks early and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
