About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Site Engineers (PMC) to join our ongoing Ship Repair Facility Construction Project at Patna, Bihar.

The selected candidate will be responsible for site supervision, construction monitoring, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring proper execution of civil and marine construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the Project Management Team.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.




- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper execution of civil and marine construction activities as per project requirements.
- Monitor construction materials, workmanship, and site safety practices.
- Review drawings, verify site measurements, and maintain relevant project documentation.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil/marine construction projects.
- Experience in jetty, port, harbour, ship repair, or other marine infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of site supervision, quality control, and construction safety.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Willingness to work at the Patna project location.
