Role Description This is an on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Gurugram.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess childern’s physical, cognitive, and emotional needs and develop individualized treatment plans that support functional independence and well-being. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, planning and delivering therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with naturopathy, Panchkarma, yoga, and medical teams to provide integrated care. The role involves educating clients and families on therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle modifications that enhance daily living and overall wellness.

The Occupational





Therapist will also contribute to program development, maintain accurate records, and uphold qualified and ethical standards in a holistic care setting.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement client-centered treatment plans.
- Relevant knowledge of Medicine and clinical practices to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Competence in Pediatrics for working with children and adolescents, including age-appropriate assessments and interventions.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and colleagues, and for providing clear education and counseling.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings; exposure to holistic, naturopathy, or wellness environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
