Scale Media LLC is a US performance marketing company with over $5M in ad spend across affiliate and lead gen campaigns. We run US finance and insurance lead gen offers through top affiliate networks and pay per call buyers.

We are hiring an Affiliate Media Buyer who already comes from the affiliate industry. You have run finance lead gen offers yourself and made the budget decisions, and you know the difference between a campaign that looks good in Ads Manager and one that actually gets paid by the network. This is not a junior “set up campaigns and send reports” role. You will own budgets, creatives and funnels, and you will be measured on profit.

Responsibilities

- Launch, manage and scale Meta Ads and NewsBreak campaigns for US finance and insurance offers (Debt Relief, HELOC, Final Expense, Medicare and similar), across both lead gen and pay per call
- Own daily budget decisions, including when to test, scale, cut or pause, based on profit rather than front-end metrics
- Research competitors every day using Meta Ad Library, AdPlexity, or similar tools, and turn the winning angles, creatives and landing pages into structured tests
- Track daily KPIs, including CPC, CTR, CPL, cost per call, lead accept rate, call duration, EPC and ROAS. Kill losing campaigns quickly and scale winning ones
- Keep all campaigns compliant with Meta’s financial products and special ad category rules, NewsBreak policies, TCPA basics and network requirements, and protect the health of ad accounts and business managers
- Send a weekly report on spend, revenue and profit with clear next steps

Qualifications

Required





- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on affiliate media buying in US finance or insurance lead gen (Debt Relief, HELOC, Final Expense, Medicare, ACA, Auto Insurance, Term Life or similar). Hands-on means you managed the account and controlled the budget yourself
- Background in the affiliate industry. Experience limited to local business, ecommerce or agency brand ads does not qualify
- A working understanding of affiliate terms, including payouts, caps, buffer times, lead returns and scrub rates
- Experience with lead gen and pay per call tracking platforms (Ringba, Everflow, TUNE, ClickMagick or similar)
- Experience working with affiliate networks and offer managers, and reading offer terms and payout structures
- Strong competitor research skills: you can find what is working for a competitor and explain why it works
- Self-driven, and comfortable working remotely with a few hours of overlap with US time zones

Preferred

- Experience with NewsBreak Ads (robust plus)
- Experience on other platforms such as Google Ads, BIGO, Taboola, Outbrain, SmartNews or MediaGo
- Experience building advertorials, listicles or quiz funnels
- Existing relationships with finance or insurance networks and call buyers
- A background on an agency or affiliate team running similar offers
