RAH focuses on vocabulary development, storytelling, creative writing, handwriting improvement, confident communication, and effective dictionary use. The service is designed to build strong foundational abilities that support academic success and everyday life.

RAH currently operates in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Dehradun and is growing its team of dedicated educators.

Role Description The Mathematics Specialist will design and deliver engaging math sessions for school-age children, focusing on concept clarity, problem-solving skills, and confidence-building. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, creating or adapting learning materials, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to learners and families. The specialist will also collaborate with RAH staff to align math activities with the broader skill-building approach used across subjects.

This is a part time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru,



with a mix of in-home sessions and some work-from-home tasks such as lesson planning, reporting, and virtual support.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mathematics and experience applying mathematical concepts in an educational setting.
- Background in Mathematics Education and Curriculum Development to design age-appropriate, engaging learning experiences.
- Competence in Lesson Planning and organizing structured, goal-oriented sessions for individual learners or small groups.
- Clear, empathetic Communication skills to explain concepts, motivate learners, and collaborate with families and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (or equivalent training/experience).
- Prior experience tutoring or teaching children, preferably in early or middle school grades.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, visiting learners’ homes in Bengaluru and managing some tasks remotely.
- Patience, adaptability, and a learner-centered approach, with a commitment to inclusive and supportive teaching practices.
