Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate shipping clerks, warehouse staff, and equipment operators. Manage work schedules to ensure full coverage
Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily shipping activities to verify that orders are picked, packed, labeled, loaded, and dispatched accurately
Carrier & Route Management: Coordinate with freight carriers, truck drivers, and logistics providers to optimize delivery routes and resolve delayed or damaged shipments
