Role Description The Lighting Designer will be responsible for developing lighting concepts and detailed layouts for interior and exterior spaces, ensuring optimal aesthetics, functionality, and energy efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lighting plans, selecting fixtures, coordinating with architects and interior designers, and integrating lighting control systems into project designs. The role also involves creating documentation such as drawings, schedules, and specifications, reviewing site conditions, and supporting installation and commissioning as needed.

The Lighting

Designer will collaborate with project teams, attend client meetings,



and ensure designs comply with relevant standards and guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in India.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Lighting Design and Architectural Lighting for commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting and Lighting Control, including fixture selection, control strategies, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design or coordination with interior design teams to ensure cohesive spatial and lighting concepts.
- Candidates should have proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Relux, or similar lighting software).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong visual, technical, and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and effective documentation skills.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in professional lighting design or related project work in India will be considered an advantage.
