Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Lead – Partnerships, Grants & Impact to manage and strengthen the Foundation's portfolio of NGO partners across India. The role focuses on partner coordination, due diligence, grant stewardship, impact tracking, relationship management, and strategic partnership development.

The successful candidate will serve as a key link between the Foundation and its partner organizations, ensuring that funding is effectively translated into measurable and sustainable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Stewardship

- Identify and evaluate potential NGO partners aligned with the Foundation's strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner organizations and sector stakeholders.
- Conduct organizational assessments and support partnership due diligence processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned NGO partners.

Grant Portfolio Management

- Support grant evaluation, recommendation, and monitoring processes.




- Review programme proposals, budgets, progress reports, and outcome frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with grant agreements and reporting requirements.
- Monitor programmatic and financial progress across the partner portfolio.

Impact Measurement & Learning

- Track outcomes, impact indicators, and key performance metrics across funded initiatives.
- Consolidate partner reports and generate periodic impact summaries for Foundation leadership.
- Support knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives across the partner ecosystem.
- Document success stories, case studies, and best practices.

Capacity Building & Engagement

- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops, mentoring opportunities, and peer-learning engagements.
- Foster collaboration among partners working across complementary sectors.

Stakeholder Representation

- Represent the Foundation at sector forums, conferences, partner meetings, and community engagements.
- Build relationships with development sector experts, institutions, and ecosystem partners.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on grant-making priorities and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience





- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, Environmental Science, Rural Development, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in philanthropy, CSR, non-profit management, grant-making, partnership management, or social impact initiatives.
- Experience reviewing project proposals, monitoring grants, or managing NGO partnerships.
- Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across sectors and geographies.
- Willingness to travel

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of NGO governance, compliance, and organizational assessment.
- Experience in impact measurement and outcome-based reporting.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
