About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and work on diverse projects for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media design, branding, visual communication, and creating engaging brand assets.

You will be responsible for translating brand ideas into visually appealing designs while maintaining consistency across different platforms and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media creatives, posts, carousels, stories, and advertisements for different brands.
- Create branding materials and brand assets, including flyers, brochures, banners, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals.
- Understand and maintain brand identity, including colours, typography, visual styles, and design consistency.
- Develop creative concepts and designs that align with clients' brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to deliver quality designs within deadlines.
- Research design trends, social media formats, and creative references to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve design quality and creative workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, including colour theory, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.




- Working knowledge of Figma and other graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media design, including posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives.
- Basic knowledge of branding, brand identity development, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to create brand assets such as flyers, brochures, banners, promotional creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Valuable sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media creatives, branding, and other design work.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

(Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Experience in creating or editing Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
