- Experience: Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice experience
- Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month (In-Hand)
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Transport: Both-side cab facility / Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound international voice calls.
- Assist customers with travel-related questions and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Escalate complex customer issues whenever required.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
