- Handle new motor insurance policies for recent and pre-owned vehicle purchases.

- Track and follow up on upcoming or expired policy renewals to retain customers.

- Explain coverage plans, terms, premiums, and add-on benefits (such as zero depreciation, engine protection, or roadside assistance) to clients.

- Assist customers during accident or breakdown claims by initiating paperwork and coordinating with surveyors.

- Coordinate with the workshop and service advisors to verify repair estimates and track survey approvals.

- Follow up on pending claim approvals and settlement payments from insurance providers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer policies, claims status, and KYC documents.

- Prepare daily and monthly Management Information System (MIS)



reports on insurance sales, renewals, and claims.

- Ensure full compliance with company standards and IRDAI/regulatory motor insurance guidelines.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in motor insurance, general insurance, or an automobile dealership service/sales environment (freshers may apply for junior roles).
