? WE ARE HIRING – INSIDE SALES MANAGER (HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY)

Company: Navya Curemedics India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Hospital Sales

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the healthcare telesales team.
- Generate patient leads and convert them into appointments and consultations.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Train and guide team members.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital operations and marketing teams.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure quality patient communication and customer satisfaction.





- Required Skills:

- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or diagnostic centres.
- Solid communication and sales conversion skills.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented approach.
