Job DescriptionFezinn Hotels is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of hotel technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT equipment.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV, IP phones, and other hotel IT systems.
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and departments.
- Assist with server, firewall, and network device maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and IT documentation.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle daily IT operations.
- Previous experience in IT support or hotel IT operations is an advantage.

Experience: 1–2 years preferred. Candidates with solid technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply. Salary: Based on experience and skills.
