Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Zeon Charging is a full time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, driving talent acquisition processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience through regular engagement initiatives.

Manager will oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintain accurate HR records and reports, and support training and development programs. This role also involves handling conflict resolution, facilitating feedback mechanisms, and contributing to a culture aligned with Zeon Charging’s mission and values.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to effectively build and support growing teams.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR administration, including documentation, reporting, and HRIS tools.
- Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and onboarding programs that support employee growth and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing or technology-driven organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, with strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
