Salary Details For Freshers

- Salary: 13,000 15,000 per month
- After 3 months, salary hike up to 25,000 based on performance.

For Experienced Candidates

- Minimum 3 months of experience in International Voice / Non-Voice / BPO / Healthcare AR Calling.
- Salary: 18,000 per month.
- After 3 months, salary hike up to 30,000 based on performance.
- Additional incentives.
- Extra paid week-offs.

Working Details

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Fixed Sunday Week Off

Job Responsibilities





- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Explain job requirements and company policies to candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and joining formalities.
