We are expanding our hotel network and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

* Identify and approach hotels, resorts, guest houses, and other accommodation providers.

- Onboard new hotel partners onto the Sypnofy.com platform.
- Conduct hotel visits, meetings, and presentations to explain platform benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and managers.
- Collect hotel details, property images, room rates, policies, and required documents.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful hotel listing and activation.
- Follow up with hotel partners to complete onboarding and resolve queries.
- Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. ### Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills may apply.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome.
- Experience in hotel sales, travel agencies, hospitality, or business development will be an advantage.
- Positive negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for hotel visits and meetings.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, email, and online platforms.
