Need to have extensive knowledge of RCM
Have good knowledge about HIPAA compliance
Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
Monitor new joiners performance and clarify process related queries
Implementing a new training plan & training method
Should be able to work on multiple different projects and help in process improvement
Preferred candidate profile
5-6 Years of overall US Healthcare experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as AR Caller
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in RCM Training
